High School Completion Program is a program where students complete the final two years, Grade 11 and 12, of the 12 years formal education required for university studies. Generally, a high school diploma which is equivalent to GCE 'A' level in Singapore or STPM in Malaysia and SMA in Indonesia is granted upon successful completion of the program.

In Singapore, students complete this high school equivalent, GCE 'A' level, in Junior Colleges over 2 or 3 consecutive years after GCE 'O' level. Total number of years in formal education:- 12 years to 13 years.

In Malaysia, students complete this high school equivalent, STPM, in Form 6 after completing SPM, an equivalent of GCSE 'O' levels in England over a consecutive 2 years period. Total number of years in formal education:- 13 years.

In Indonesia, students complete this high school equivalent, SMA, in Senior High Schools over 3 consecutive years after completing SMP, middle school education. Total number of years in formation education:- 12 years.

In North American, Canada and USA, students from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia can complete their high school program in as little as 4 months depending on results as well as English Language proficiency.
